– Preliminary study of the area and relevant documentation;

– Analysis of the legal, tax compliance, and technical documentation required by ANTAQ;
– Oversight of the development of the physical and operational descriptive Memorial for the port terminal, with the respective equipment and facilities, operating procedures and basic specification of its infra and superstructure;
– Preparation of the application to be submitted to ANTAQ requesting authorization to exploit the Private Terminal and the qualification for international traffic;
- Submission of the Application Process requesting authorization to exploit the Private Terminal and the qualification for international traffic, together with the documentation, to ANTAQ;

– Oversight of ANTAQ's inspections;
– Follow-up on the Process until ANTAQ publishes the Contract for Use as Mixed Private Use Port Terminal.
PROCEEDING WITH THE BRAZILIAN FEDERAL REVENUE SERVICES OFFICE:
– Analysis of the documentation required to request that the Port Terminal is turned into a customs warehouse;
– Development of the physical and operational descriptive Memorial for the port terminal, with the respective equipment and facilities, operating procedures and basic specification of its infra and superstructure;
– Submission of the full documentation, together with the request to turn the terminal into a customs warehouse to the Brazilian Revenue Services Office with jurisdiction over the area;
– Follow-up on the Proceeding of request to turn the terminal into a customs warehouse with the Brazilian Revenue Services Office;
– Oversight of the inspections carried out by the Federal Revenue Services Office Customs Warehousing Committee;
– Follow-up on the Proceeding until the Federal Revenue Service Office publishes the Customs Warehousing Declaration Act.
